Understanding the Affordable Health Care Act

MedNet21_Webcast_OSU_Wexner_blacklogo_small Understanding the Affordable Health Care Act can be much easier by watching our on-line CME education discussing the topic. Our latest CME Webcast discusses the the Affordable Care Act with key individuals at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center.  The Affordable Care Act, also called Obama Care, is the latest plan to improve our quality and reduce our costs. But will it? I don’t think anyone knows for sure but whether you lean to the political right or the political left, the ACA is here now and it will affect the way that you practice medicine next year. The law itself is 906 pages long and few physicians have the time to actually read the original document.  Here in the studio with our moderator, Dr. Jim Allen, is the director of Healthcare Reform Strategy at Ohio State University, Assistant Professor from the College of Public Health and Dr. William Hayes and OSU Associate Professor of Family Medicine, Dr. Randall Wexler. They will help distill the Affordable Care Act down to the information that you need.
